HCI Design for Physically Disabled Persons

The goal of this project is to design a human-computer interface for people with impaired mobility using a simple webcam as an input device for image processing instead of a dedicated eye-tracking hardware costing 100s of dollars so that the user can perform basic tasks and actions on a computer using only head movement and eye blinks.
