Looking at the world and the implementation of technology, we can realize the big impact technology has had in our lives in the last 20 years if not more. Technology assists us through our tasks through the day and has been so essential that we cannot live without these days. In fact, recently, during the global pandemic and Covid-19, technology has been a main way to avoid any human interaction, helping reduce the numbers of individuals to catch Covid-19 and to be able to partially continue people’s lives in a virtual way. This implies to the spread of smart devices and smart facilities that limits the human interaction and eases the lives of humans around the world. Within this project, we are to implement an idea of a Smart Garage Door that allows registered users access to a company’s garage based on some sort of identification without the need to interact with any other employees or the need for any additional steps; just by simply driving closer in the drive thru. This Project consists of three main parts: Keeping info if the garage is open or closed. Open garage if car approaches; Bluetooth will be implemented in a car or by plate number configuration. Keeping detection of the number of cars coming in and out. (Based on which break sensor goes on first).
