The project involves the design and development of an autonomous security robot, aimed at executing basic security operations effectively and securely. This robot, equipped with mapping capabilities during manual operation, subsequently conducts autonomous security patrols in predefined areas. Its key functions include detecting violent activities, identifying weapons and hazardous objects, and recognizing individuals using advanced computer vision technology. Upon incident detection, the robot triggers an alarm and transmits incident data to a security headquarters server. This information is then processed into a detailed report and displayed on a web application accessible to security personnel.
The web application encompasses several critical features: remote robot control, management of incident reports (creation, modification, deletion), robot status monitoring, and statistical analysis of recorded incidents. While conceived as an academic project, the robot's potential for real-world application is significant, particularly in densely populated areas where traditional surveillance systems may fall short. Its appeal lies in its rapid deployment capability and the opportunity to reduce human surveillance resources.

From an academic standpoint, the project intersects various disciplines including engineering, computer science, and cybersecurity. Currently operational as designed, the project is considered a work-in-progress with substantial scope for enhancements and future advancements. This underscores the project's ongoing development phase, open to optimization and innovation.
