VitalMesh is a wearable smart-health monitoring system designed to make physiological and location tracking more integrated, comfortable, and accessible. Built around a Raspberry Pi Zero platform, the system combines ECG, temperature, GSR, IMU, and GPS sensing to support real-time monitoring for users such as military personnel and people with chronic health conditions. Sensor data is transmitted to a mobile application through Firebase-based connectivity, enabling remote visibility, user interaction, and future AI-driven anomaly detection. By combining multi-sensor health awareness, smart connectivity, and a low-cost wearable design, VitalMesh demonstrates a practical step toward more responsive personal and field health monitoring systems.
